      That’s it. Just money. They preach culture, but at the end of the day you’re just a number.

      Pros

      Hard working folks on the ground (Plant Operators, Field Techs, etc..).

      Cons

      Executive team casts a vision but the execution is unprofitable for Operations. Poor communication at the mid management and local level, leading to an excessive waste of money on projects that fail. It seems that the idea of teamwork is foreign. The medical benefits are rather expensive. Moral is low in some areas, leading to mediocrity and turnover. Very little to no transparency on what's going on business wise, in some areas.
