Pros

Pay is pretty decent, and they offer more than your average amount of perks to their employees.

Cons

excessive hours crossing the line to unsafe, requiring safe work from fatigued workers. failure to maintain company policies on appropriate behavior in the working environment. policies seem to be all lip service. policies to implement proper training are implemented poorly. all these cons contribute and create a stressful working environment leading to hostile co-workers and management having unsafe and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

work with great people. management recognizes success and exceptional performance. leadership is transparent and supportive benefits like vacation policy is great. The company as a whole wants to make it into a good place to work.

Cons

salaries could be better and there could be more room for quicker growth in to leadership positions It is a slow paced company, which means that it can require great patience and endurance to wait for improvements to come to fruition.
