      If you like old school oil and gas, this is the company for you.

      Pros

      The Gas business is thriving and will never go away. part of the infrastructure.

      Cons

      You will be treated like a peasant. The Leadership is not interesting in new innovative ideas, but more of a "this is the way i was taught" approach. No innovation in technology, social media or collaboration. IT's a butts in seats mentality approach across the board. No flexibility to flex work or objective based work load, but more office hours and work as much as you need but no overtime.

      Pros

      Beneifts were great. They even pay for downtown parking.

      Cons

      Zero career growth. Training budget was consistenly cut over the past 5 years. Management show favortism. Employees do not feel valued or appreciated.
