Pros

Benefits are great. Health insurance good. Laid back atmosphere until something goes wrong with process.

Cons

Uncertainty, they are always changing things and scaring people and that's why they are losing people. Plus nothing is permanent.

pay, insurance, 401k, vacation.

Cons

long hours in field operations in some areas, the future of any asset area outside of Colorado is uncertain, company lets well contracts expire, treats any area that isn't in Colorado as unimportant, runs old equipment into the ground, lets work trucks go to 200k+ miles before replacing, creates too many meaningless positions at the home office.
