Pros

My direct manager was great. I worked with many hi-speed individuals who taught me quite a bit in 8 months.

Cons

Many lies and office politics killed the experience for me.

DCP hires top talent that brings the company and each other forward. DCP has experienced several changes that are not always easy. DCP is ensuring our company will exist in any commodity market. Thank you for providing your feedback, we work hard make sure our employees know how much we appreciate them. We’re proud that despite the challenges to our industry, we’ve keep healthcare premium costs fixed for a number of years. 2020 has been incredibly difficult for our industry and we’ve had to make some hard decisions. Through this time we continue to live our culture of trust and have been open and transparent with our employees about the potential outlook through company-wide calls, local town halls and of course an open door policy. We know there are concerns and ask you to take action to address them, whether it be with your direct leadership team or executive committee member.

Pros

Good benefits, good pay, no deadlines, no real direction, just paying people like money grows on trees.

Cons

This company throws money away like its going out of style. From the top to the bottom they're destined for failure. All levels of management don't care about anything but money eventhough they completely waste it every chance they can get. Can't trust anyone in the company. Got laid off due to Covid-19 as a full-time employee when a week earlier the CEO said they had to lay off contractors in order to protect the full-time employees. Don't believe a word they say. It's nothing but lies. No-one is untouchable in this company except the worthless ATS department that is stuck in 90's technology.
