      Midstream trying to model itself as Google, Microsoft and Facebook. Will not work!

      Pros

      Entry level experience is good.

      Cons

      EC, Directors, Managers and Supervisors. Always budget over safety. However, they claim to be the leader in safety culture. DCP will place budget over safety, always. Safety department has no budget and places the financial burden on the plant/asset and the plant/asset refuses to spend the money on safety cause they always spend on reliability cause the equipment does not run. Plus, employees are not important and are all disposable. Enough said.

To solidify our alignment, leaders actively share our business strategy across the organization during our Town Halls and Employee meetings. Just as importantly, we have an open door policy where everyone is encouraged to reach out and talk to their HR Business Partner, manager and even their Executive Committee members.

      Pros

      Good pay. Most coworkers are good people. It makes me put 20 words on this line but I don't have 20 words good to say.

      Cons

      The new MWP system not being used correctly. Combine with blowing the yearly budget by mid June. The bird dog management using all tools possible to fear you into doing way too much. The GPS is used more for management to black mail then for safety. Every month they publicly talk about the monthly firings. Employee moral is at a all time low. More then half of my co workers said they are bidding out of the company or retiring early due to the stress load and bad management. There is much much more to list.
