      The people are really nice to work with, good work life, home life balance. College reimbursement program.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected, they do not know what their employees do, and will only act when prompted by the customer. During the evaluations, they had no clue what I did for the year and give everyone an average evaluation Not competitive, they cannot compete with the automotive industry, and pay employees who work extremely hard well below average. Not much room for growth. Pay raises are non existant and you must leave the company to make anything more than a 2%.
