      DCS is great but can improve

      Pros

      Employee owned, 401k, ESOP, decent amount of vacation, can basically work your own schedule

      Cons

      Has too many lazy employees, no discipline of any kind, some employees work 4-5hrs a day while others are forced to pick up the slack, hire people to offices halfway across the world even though the customer is local and requests on site help.

      Pros

      DCS is one of the few Employee-owned Companies still operating. This alone, is a feat that most companies do not accomplish. Our senior management provides a lunch and dinner, twice a year, for Table Talks, a sit down to see where the company is headed. I have worked multiple contracts over the years and DCS is where I will stay. To the jaded opinion above, seek other employ. DCS is a solid company and sniveling isn't appreciated.
