Pros

There’s always something new to learn. It sometimes doesn’t feel like there’s enough time in the day to absorb everything. The manual we’re given is pretty much a bible consisting of everything we could possibly need to do our jobs. The software has a bit of a learning curve to it, but once again that’s something you can pick your way through with the assistance of the manual.

Cons

Remember that bible reference? Well, the manual is just as thick as the bible. It can be difficult to find exactly what you need.

Pros

Good office: nice and quiet + good location. Decent pay and benefits (especially healthcare) Focused and hard-working coworkers

Cons

Software isn’t the easiest thing to sell, but if you come into the job with experience and you know what you’re talking about it’s no harder to sell than anything else.

Pros

My experience at DCSC has been positive. Not once have I been mistreated by management. The work is straight-forward. Follow the directions to a tee and you’ll likely never have to ask for assistance.

No cons. This is a great company.
