Worst company I ever worked for

Pros

There are none. This company has low pay and terrible benefits. Zero job security

Cons

They have issues with playing favorites, firing people for no reason, if long-term employees don't like u they try to get u fired. It's not stable employment and works more like a high school than a place of business. The way they treat their developmentally disabled clients it's honestly a wonder they haven't been shut down. I'd suggest staying clear of the whole place because they throw new employees under the bus in every situation to try to cover themselves and keep the place open

Pros

Great place to work, helpful training

Cons

Is more of a health care related job than a teaching or living assistant job if that's what you're looking for
