Rewarding work with some amazing individuals, great opportunities.

Cons

Management does seem to care about addressing issues, treats staff poorly, long work hours, being called in all hours of the day or having to stay over four hours after your shift.

Pros

The individuals are great! Flexibility in work schedule as a manager. Company provides dine outs once a month and provide managers with the ability to provide for the individuals in the home.

Cons

On call 24/7. Supervisor isn't always around to help. DSP staff come and go as they please leaving managers left to do DSP work and get monthly/annual work done.
