Good RN support, good benefits and time off, good people to work with, mileage reimbursed, clients great to be around
Cons
Very heavy workload, one RN can be in charge of auditing and keeping track of the medical care and records of upwards toward 60-70 individuals

Pros
I just celebrated my 8th anniversary with DDN Consulting and could think of no better way to memorialize the occasion than to share a review. This is a company with a big heart. I feel that I'm a valued member of the team, my work is respected and I have a voice in helping to make the company even better. DDN supports and promotes growth within the company and really values the work - life balance. I love being home with my family in the evenings and on weekends. I also feel that I make a difference by caring for a very vulnerable population.
Cons
I honestly can't think of company cons. I do have a comment about the nursing field in general. While it's wonderful that we nurses have many employment opportunities, the field of nursing tends to have some turnover. I think DDN is striving to continue to recruit and hire nurses.
