Weekends off. Paid holidays. Mileage.
Cons
Way too much work for compensation ratio. Unprofessional HR. Turnover rate is out of this world. Benefits package ok but employee share of cost continues to rise each year and benefits continue to decrease. Commitment to employees is nonexistent. Management says thing like, "If you do this kind of work, it should be because you feel money is not important." In other words, don't expect a raise if you work here. Finally, you never know if you are going to have a job from week to week. You definitely know you are replaceable.
