The work involves a mix of manual and automation testing, which helps in skill development. *Supportive Team & Mentorship – My colleagues and mentors have been very supportive. They provide guidance whenever needed, making it a good environment for learning. *Work on Real-World Projects – The opportunity to contribute to real projects is valuable. Working with complex systems helps in understanding enterprise-level product testing. * Good Work-Life Balance – While the work is engaging, the company respects personal time, making it manageable.
