      Pros

      In my region, most of us work from home. The management team is very supportive, which contributes to our efficiency. As a small team, we communicate effectively without the burdens of tedious processes often found in larger companies. Our colleagues are friendly, and there is no toxic culture. The AI industry is booming, and I believe that our company has a very bright future in the coming years.

      Cons

      Even though the company is growing quickly, we still have a relatively small team that covers a large area. We need to work on multiple projects, and as technical professionals, it's important for us to step outside our comfort zones and take on various additional roles.

      Review after working for a couple of months in DDN

      Pros

      I feel like I was working at DDN for 5 years already. Co-workers feels like family and not treated as an employee. Management is nice, no discrimination upon superiority. Everyone is smiling at you like you are welcomed as a whole team especially in production floor. Management is very considerate with every requests that the employee will make.

      Cons

      Ready your consideration with the noise of wonderful machines that DDN has to offer to customers.
