      Pros

      DDN is a place where one can have incredible input and control over their career, job, and working on opportunities. The ability to make decisions close to the field, customer, and opportunity are unsurpassed. If you are good at what you do and know what needs to be done, DDN will support you and won't let you loose. It is as close to being your own company inside a larger company as you can get.

      Cons

      There is visability into large deals and opportunities and everyone up and down the management chain is aware of these opportunities. They are discussed weekly and sometimes input can be helpful but may not be relevant to the current situation. There is no limit to what we can do and no option is off the table.

We constantly endeavor to maintain a healthy work life balance for all of our employees. For our shift working colleagues, we understand that working during non social hours can be at times hectic. Therefore the teams are constantly on a rotation so no individual is required to work US shifts for a long period of time.
