Pros

Great positive goal-oriented team spirit. High integrity in mfg quality management. Teams goals are well-communicated. Two-way communication with management/superiors is encouraged. You get the tools you need to do your job. Performance reviews are fair and timely - the company's success is shared equitably and generously.

Cons

The nature of the organization's worldwide presence can mean off-hours team meetings.

Heavy event season especially September through December leads to very long days.

Thank you for the feedback and our technology, innovation and employees are definitely reasons why customers come to DDN. Since we are heavily customer focused we have Trade shows and customer events during the year that are important to highlight our products and services but may be require more customer commitments.
