Pros

The company is full of hard working and dedicated employees who give their all, day in and day out in support of the company.

Cons

Wages are below industry norms and the workloads are unsustainable for this reason the company has trouble attracting and maintaining quality employees. The CEO does not comprehend the evolving storage market and has no long term strategic direction beyond increasing storage capacity and throughput.

Well-respected technology in some markets, interesting products and markets.

Cons

The office is a gutted out former warehouse, the atmosphere is dingy and boring. The CEO and president used to park their Bentley and Ferrrari in such a way that they would flank the employee entrance...kind of ostentatious and off putting.
