Very good work culture. Lean time - some very knowledgeable and helpful folks. There are few industry stalwarts , who are driving key projects. Work as a global-team, most projects will have folks scattered across globe. So one gets true multicultural and multi-national exposure. No one seats on your head , management keeps checking if one's happy with work. You get good learning opportunities. Very good HR policies (medical, transportation food).

Cons

Salary is competitive but not among the best in industry. But other positives mentioned above make up for it.
