      DDN - Its the people that make it great

      Pros

      Hands down its the fellow employees at DDN that made it an enjoyable place to work, we certainly had our challenges but knowing you have a great team to work with and that you can rely on to help out in all areas was a huge benefit.

      Cons

      Not so much a con but just need to continue to improve the product line and RAS feature set.

      Pros

      There are very few pros. The people doing the real work are great. There is a decent chance to learn, if you can get approval. The customers *can* be fun to work with. Some managers are doing a great job.

      Cons

      Employees are treated very poorly. It's confusing to see any positive reviews here, it makes me question if there are valid, or were requested by the company. Some customers can be hard to work with, because they are not happy. The rating system here doesn't allow for 0 stars, so I'm forced to give 1 star.
