The compensation is good in comparison to companies in the area.

Cons

Owners and management does not respect their employees. Too high turnover of good employees. Lack of strategic planning. Still working as a very small business doing business day by day. Low moral and overworking people. Many reviews on Glassdoor were negative and an email was sent out to upper management to write positive reviews to offset.
