      Pros

      1. You get to work with the brighest minds in Storage/HPC. So lot of learning opportunities. 2. Flexible timings and work from home. 3. Very friendly and supportive work culture. 4. Management listens to your carreer related concerns and supports you. 5. If you work hard and perform, there is no problem with salary/compensation. 6. DDN has products that span multiple domains be it userspace/kernel/parallel file system/cloud so there is a vast scope for learning.

      Cons

      Some passionate enginners might not like the lack of balance (tilted more in the direction of the former) b/w This is what we would like you to build vs What would you like to build ?
