      good benefits but other than that nothing much here

      such a corporate job, absolutely no compassion/consideration for employees. You would expect that a company that preaches about family values and kindness would appreciate the dedication its employees provide but absolutely no. the absolute worst management

      It was better a few years back. 70% discount is great for employee discount

      Cons

      HQ Management is the worst. All they think of is themselves and forget about employees exsit. They are more Managers than workers and every Manager thinks they own Deciem. The CEO doesn't care she is in UK and don't take care of the employee. Worst company

      Pros

      Some of the people who work here are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      They don’t really care about their employees. They will hire you very soon and fire you very soon during probation as well. I had no training since I joined the company, and the management staff are mean and entitled, they think that training is not necessary and you are just supposed to know everything right away. If you don’t know how to suck up to your boss, it is quietly likely you’re gonna be fired. Sadly, management is full of egomaniacs.
