      Direct coworkers are great. Upper management is terrible

      - Promotes product education - Coworkers were really understanding and chill - Holiday party was fun - Pay was alright

      Cons

      - Upper management didn't understand in-store day to day so they made really weird demands - Usual retail issues: dumb customers. People who will fight for a $5 refund - Stock issues - Favouritism was really obvious

      Discount on products, which is nice

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Absolutely NO work/life balance. If you don’t work 7am - 10pm you are considered a slacker. Tasks change during the day and a lot of the time senior managers dump their workload onto other people and then get cross when it’s not done on time. Trying to avoid hiring more people for the team but end up overworking their current employees. Micro managing and disguting attitude from managers! AVOID AT ALL COST!
