Management changes led a lot of people to quit.

Micro managing like I have never experienced before. Every single thing is monitored so obsessively. The managers speak to you in a very condescending and patronising way trying to make things sound fun. No attempts to solve any logistical issues which have been ongoing for years. Constant use of the word “we” when they actually mean “you”. DECIEM really likes to say they focus of the mental health and well-being of employees but also enforce targets that are incredibly unachievable, and use these as a way to make you feel you aren’t doing enough. Only 5 days given for bereavement leave and after that they will just stop paying you. Had a meeting with the full company where we were told we weren’t getting a pay rise as they hadn’t made enough money, but in the same meeting they told us they made an obscene amount of money. Zero room for progression of any kind. It is a dead end job
