Miserable. Lots of politics, absurd schedules, clueless management.

Pros

Can't think of a single nice thing to say.

Cons

Screaming in meetings. Impossible schedules. Demanding and clueless management. Managers who play favorites. A very "clicky" company. Management there plays favorites with a privileged few and they get away with murder. Salaries are 20% less than the going rate for long hours. There is an "end of year bonus" which isn't much and people are expected to create an annual "gift" to the owner, to show appreciation. Company match to the retirement account is a joke. All this while the Boss lives in a huge mansion. Avoid this one if you can.

Pros

Plenty to do, but will expect 60 hours per week. There are some very good people there but afraid of upper management.

Cons

Lack of support, lack of guidance, everything is manual and paper based, no systems, power hungry GMs who don't communicate. Free for all with no controls. Huge wastes of money. Low success rate of getting products to market. Majority of projects are medical devices yet employees do not understand regulations or requirements.

Pros

Great people to work with, take their job seriously, laid back atmosphere and dress code(people show up to work in flip flops and shorts) walking distance to all restaurants downtown on elm st In Manchester. Decent hours, 8-4:30

Cons

Contractors are segregated and left out of a lot of activities within the company. Pay is nationally under what everyone else is making... like 20-30% less. So they get their year and get out. There is no benefits for contractors at all.
