      Supportive team and fast promotions, but strict environment

      Pros

      Easy to work with colleagues and higher ups. Easy to file leaves. Hybrid setup. Fast promotion if you perform really well. Paid overtime.

      Cons

      There are too many meetings, presentations and reportings. You need to learn Japanese because 95% of the documents are written in Japanese and some reportings are in Japanese as well. Very strict with quality and time. You can't slack off because you have to log everything you did for the day and how much time you spent for those tasks. Low salary for entry level.
