Pros

Pay is pretty good without a degree, paid week off between christmas and new year

Cons

Lack of vacation time. Only 13 days a year including your 5 call in days. They work you a lot. Poor management, the worst communication of any job I've been to. Poor training unless you're an entry level worker. Long hours. Feels like a job not a career

Pros

Hybrid work style, Good middle management, Nice health benefit packages. On site perks in Southfield office is pretty nice and improving. Experience with different OEM and suppliers. Very reputable company with good history of quality

Cons

Company direction is confusing, every 6 month business direction is change. Japan control all the decision and local management is in the dark High workload, decreasing headcount, PTO, Salary, promotion, training is below average Changing to full office work soon.
