Pros

They offer training program before you start working with DTPH. They offer Nihonggo Training which can be beneficial in so many ways. Good people to work with especially your batchmates, they'll be your family.

Cons

Salary is so-so but with the bonuses and perks you received every month, you'll manage. Security is very strict. Mobile phones are not allowed in the office area. No internet access. Depending on what group you'll be assigned, OT is maximized.
