Despite 100+ degree heat in the plant, they care nothing about the health and safety of their employees. I've witnessed numerous people fainting from heat stress/stroke. The machines are old and in dire need of maintenance, however, if a machine goes down and your the employee working with the machine, you will be immediately blamed as if you had something to do with it. And management treats employees like crap. God forbid you want to leave ONCE YOUR SHIFT ENDS, but no, you must stay for an additional 20-30 minutes of no pay to finish up production. I've also been denied breaks and lunch breaks for "production needs".
