Good group of skilled tradesmen/women to work with there. That is all I miss about Denso. The people I worked with directly on the shop floor.

Cons

MANAGEMENT! I hear from the guys that are still there quit often. It is still a bully/hostile work environment created by individuals in the upper management team! I stepped out of Denso after 17 years of service and have not looked back once. I have never regretted the choice of leaving. I am at a company that actually appreciates my insights and work ethic. Funny how I haven't changed anything about my work ethic or attitude and I am now appreciated and not hated by my management!! Denso still seems to have the attitude that thy are the best place to work in the area. WRONG!!!
