Pros

People are wonderful and make it easy to work together. Lots to learn. Good stepping stone. Flexible hours when needed. Starting 13 vacation days + 13 holidays.

Cons

Expectations are high and you'll feel like you're failing all the time and you are but you'll make things happen anyway.

Cons

Resistant to change and not much trust in the engineers. Also cling to old technology and ways of doing things.
