Job security. Flexible hours for office workers. Decent amount of vacation. Good experience, dynamic manufacturing processes and interesting products. Multicultural workplace with thousands of associates.

Cons

The company is best suited for long term associates. Many associates have worked here for decades. Management who fit this category tend to gain "tunnel vision" and get used to only the "Denso way" of doing things.
