Good health benefits... I wish I had more to say.

Cons

- Subpar management. - Very low associate morale. - Archaic computer systems. - For many people, you work a ton of hours. - No sick time (must make up hours or use vacation, but, if you're working heavy overtime not a big issue). - Low education reimbursement. Must be degree seeking. Puts no value into professional certifications, nor will Denso pay for them. - Zero training programs. - No clear career paths. - Over two years there and have never had a review. - Bathrooms are disgusting. - Very high turnover.

1. Very Hard work is expected 2. Work life balance NG 3. Salary just average. 4. Extreme discipline as if in a SCHOOL 5. Poor management and weak HR. 6. For engineers not much technical knowledge gain 7. Once u r in Denso, u can hardly switchover to other companies.. reason being Denso is a prime supplier of almost all major OEM automotive companies and have rigorous MOUs on switching employees..
