      Benefits, On site medical, pharmacy, gym, full service cafeteria, showers and locker rooms

      Cons

      Most manipulating and deceiving company I've ever worked for. They do not abide by civil rights laws in accordance to FMLA, persons with disabilities, and equal human rights. They allow sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as allowing a hostile work environment, and violates every law put in place to protect women in the workforce. Tribunals are fixed. Management has no clue how to run this company. They are teaching Americans that Japanese companies (which are in fact family oriented) do not care about your overall well being. I've worked for other Japanese owned companies that take pride in their employees. Not treat them like robots.

      On sight gym, Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Worst place i have ever worked. Management has no clue how to run a plant. Long hours. No work life balance for us low life's. No leadership at the top level. HR does not care about the laws it breaks. No respect. I can't say enough, stay away from this place. Went through 15 engineers in over a year due to poor or lack of training and leadership.

      Job security, flexible schedule, good people, temperature controlled environment, decent benefits package, challenging work environment with constantly adding new equipment

      Management is horrible, lack of Japanese management creates a not so good work environment, pay is way below national average by 25 + %,
