Pros

Little risk of layoffs, bonuses are possible, clean work environment.

Cons

Bonuses are not guarenteed, poor training to new line workers, hours are long, and vary week to week, extremely hot inside plant, dental insurance plan is terrible, high employee turnover rate, too many co workers act as if theyre still in high school, making it difficult to maintain morale. Without 40 hours of overtime per pay period, a new accociate would live in poverty. There have not been raises in years, and we have not had a Saturday off as a team in over a year with the exception of a major holiday.
