Pros

House rules is very Japanese Style. Standards for work is defined in every detail. Procedures is defined for all tasks.

Cons

-They value those employees who render overtime to finish their tasks rather than those employees you can finish their tasks within the 8hr working hours. - Promotion is based on BATCH SYSTEM. Even if you excel than the higher batch, you can't be promoted until they promote first the higher batches.
