The company provides solid Japanese language training, has generally supportive coworkers (depending on your batch), offers yearly summer outings, and gives competitive compensation for fresh graduates or first-time employees. There is also a possibility of being assigned to work in Japan.

Cons

The role comes with a bond, and the company often bases promotion and advancement on tenure rather than performance, which can put less-experienced employees ahead of you.
