Cons
Management fails to support supervisors, frontline staff, and ultimately clients. Work is rewarding, but unsustainable. DESC invests next to nothing in their teams and writes-off high turnover as unavoidable rather than address systemic issues that employees call out. Clients are placed in unsafe conditions.
