      Definitely Not a "Non Profit"

      Pros

      I guess there's a decent amount of PTO, 6 weeks, but they're closed federal holidays and you need to to use your own PTO for those clsures.

      Cons

      They are very corporate and "profit" is the primary concern. The board of directors is half cops and half property management and Architects with not a single social worker (some may count police officers as social workers, so maybe read that as no trained social workers) on the board.

      The work they do for the community is imperative and they get a lot of negative publicity.

      Cons

      Not enough personnel for the work that needs to get done. Not a lot of training.
