Passionate, hard-working people who care about the people they serve and care about doing good work. Staff are appreciated and have ability to communicate with senior management in all-staff meetings. Great time off and healthcare benefits.

Cons

The pay is very low and it is difficult to live in or near the city of Seattle on this salary alone. This is a great job if your spouse has a higher paying job.
