      Benefits are nice (healthcare,401K etc)

      Absent vision. 6 Presidents in just over 10 yrs. Get in ,cut costs and boost your bonus and salary, seems to be the objective. Most recent president was a narcisisstic, self absorbed dictator. Nobody in the executive ranks seemed to have the guts to take on his absurd vision. He managed thru intimidation.

      Mostly good employees trying to make it better.....

      Cons

      Managers do not want to listen to what you have to make things better. Most supervisors have no experience in management, but act as though they know everything. Do not promote from within. A place where you will go no where...

      Pros

      Good pay and decent benefits. Clean well lit facility. Very friendly co-workers. Part of a huge corporation which would make one feel secure.

      Cons

      Not family friendly. Relentless point system for attendance. Employee policies changing constantly. Forced work schedules for overtime. No feel of appreciation for employees.
