Pros

They'll hire you for very low pay even if you're not qualified for the position.

Cons

Managers are not qualified to do their job, and most of the time they've been given the position because they're family. Literally over half of the people here are related. There is no communication whatsoever. HR will listen to your problems and then gossip about you to other people. This place is just deteriorating. Their employment structure is weak. They've pulled back on benefits, the pay is very low, and unless you know someone, they have no problem firing you for seemingly no reason. It's a discouraging work environment and can really keep a person on edge.

Pros

Location was great, right down the street from my house. 1 hour lunches, and vacations... nothing else really. Really not a good experience

Cons

Management is not existent The only way to move up is you're family. Raises are also non existent. HR is always on the supervisors side. They don't even care to listen to the employee.
