The only way to advance is if you are family.
Cons
The company is based on nepotism. The only way to succeed is if you are family. The managers are a joke, they aren't even qualified for their positions they just suck up to the owners. Business is terrible that there are no benefits for the employees any longer. They knowingly hired illegals before everify and they are still there. Morale is terrible for the employees as well.. Run far away!! You will not get raises or have the opportunity to advance..
