Pros

DR Horton is a wonderful company. They feed you on a weekly basis. You feel like family. You can have a flexi schedule.

Cons

The management team are not trustworthy. They will make you think you are a great employee and will terminate you the next week. The company has excellent benefits and perks but they will lie to you. I have been extremely ill and still expected to work. Even with a doctors note.

Co-workers also good friends. Best part of job. Also got to wear jeans! That's it for the good.

Cons

Management stinks here. Especially in secondary marketing. If you aren't related to someone and you don't like to kiss up you will get no where.

sales agents and sales team enjoyed them

Terrible management required many overtime hours and brow beat you when you requested to get paid OT as pay program is based on unrealistic goal or producing non builder business which company does not process as a priority over the builder business

When structuring our systems and processes, we do take this into consideration to keep this to a reasonable level in order to insure our teammates work/life balance.
