      Pros

      There are not a lot of positives to report. They do have a few good people working for them - none of which are related to hortons.

      Cons

      Sweat shop environment. No consideration at all to employees personal life or personal time. Mandatory OT is constant. Pay is low to average at best. Raises are VERY selectively given. Management belittles & grills employees for any mistakes made. Work load is totally unreasonable. Upper management family members are treated with kid gloves & promoted quickly & easily. Constant micromanagement - in excess of 25 emails a day telling you what to do. Multiple emails from different management levels on the exact same thing daily. Consistent veiled threats of being fired. People fired for no real reason other than mgmt not liking the person. Ridiculous number of meetings. Mgmt lies to employees about big & small things.

      Pros

      There are a lot of positives about this company and I will say it starts with the other employees. Great workers from top to bottom and willing to help if you're willing to try. Work hard and do what is asked and the opportunities will come.

      Cons

      As in any company there are cons. There are a select few who have been there so long that if you challenge them you're almost committing career suicide. Also they do promote team activities but having too much personality is an issue to. Walk away from you desk is ok but being gone for more than you alloyed time is not ok. There are also gossip circles so avoid that.

      Good Company, Bad Upper Management/Culture

      Pros

      Overall the company has the right intentions, but is not good at implementing the right solutions. The benefits are good. If upper management was re-structured and some of the family ties were severed the company would be a much better place to work.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not listen to the employees. There is nepotism throughout the company. There is a lot of gossip and high school drama within the departments. The managers do not communicate effectively with each other and are not able to take constructive feedback for the betterment of the company. Training and updated training manuals are lacking in most departments. There is a lack of urgency and follow-through throughout the company.
