Company is great to work for, local management needs some redoing

Great team and team leads. Training is always available to help answer questions.

Cons

Nepotism is big here. There is no accountability for the management team because they are related. Some of the metrics are hard to meet since they are out of your control. No raises. Current management does not line up with the companies true culture and values.

Pros

Remote opportunities and decent equipment.

Cons

Lack of consistency with training, guidelines, and policy. Test cases extend for months on end. Test case reviews are inconsistent with guidelines and policy. Heavily micromanaged. Three+ Checklist per file. Management is short, rude, and not supportive of team. Total unorganized mess. Benefits are inexpensive but do not offer decent coverage.

My immediate coworkers. Relaxed environment. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper management is sexist and wants to prevent you from your max earning potentials. High expectations are set on the hard workers and they’re punished the most when the littlest mistakes or wrong doings happen.
