      "at least you have a job"

      Cons

      Indifferent, inept management. Expect 60+ hour weeks, forced weekend and holiday work as a salaried employee. No onboarding tools, and no resources to be successful in your role. You will be asked to falsify training and security documentation. If you injure yourself, just expect to "tough it out".

      Good Work-Life Balance; Money Incentives are Really Lacking

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, easy to hit sales metrics, but even so there is no reward or recognition for doing so. Kind of a joke.

      Cons

      4 years ago this company was great and the monetary incentives were thriving. In the last 4 years, management has turned over and the commission plan has since died. Incentive to make money is hanging on by a thread.
