Pros
With its extensive global operations, you get a good global experience and has high traveling opportunities, especially if you are at the regional and global offices.
Cons
Although DPDHL has a public statement about inclusion and diversity management in their management report and press releases, unfortunately, this has not been cascaded thoroughly in the different regions and divisions. This may put off many talented people in the company who could have brought their true selves to work and contribute even more effectively.
