      Pros

      Worked in marketing, about which they are pretty clueless, so left to my own devices.

      Cons

      All a bit of an old boys' network. Definitely not a place for career women. Worked in marketing - was seen very much as a cost rather than an investment or ' the colouring in department'

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work. Fast and dynamic environment. Quite good compensation package esp. at management levels. Lots of career opportunities. Market leader in many countries, esp. Asia Pacific. international coverage: presence in over 200 countries all over the world.

      Cons

      Salary may be not attractive enough. Operations job often requires long hour, and contactable 24/7. Rather stressful and competitive environment.
